Block Hours. Block hours are computed as 1 CH for each 1 hour from block-out to block-in computed on a minute by minute basis.

Block Hours. The period from the time the aircraft blocks out until the aircraft blocks in again. Block in shall be the moment that an aircraft comes to complete rest in the blocks. Block out shall be the time when an aircraft’s brakes are released and push back or taxi begins.

Block Hours. Block Hour based telephone, remote and email support are during business working hours only Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm GMT (excluding Public and Bank Holidays) and the amount of support hours available is based on the block hour package purchased. Block Hours are valid for 12 months only and are paid in advance in full. If a mandate has been setup renewal amounts will be taken by Direct Debit. Renewal/top-up reminders are sent when 1-2 block hours is left. The minimum remote support time spent is 6 minutes and the minimum on-site support time spent is 2 hours rounded up to the next nearest hour. Any and all travel time for on-site support from our office to the client’s site and the return journey will be rounded up to the next nearest hour and deducted from the total block hours purchased. 30 days notice of cancellation of Block Hours is required on a no- refund basis. Block Hours are non-transferrable, they can only be used for support labour or project labour and cannot be used to purchase hardware, software, warranties, equipment or physical goods. Should your account balance fall to zero hours or below (i.e. where we have provided IT support but have been unable to allocate against an available block since there are none remaining) and is not renewed within 7 days from our reminder email, we will issue an invoice for any IT support provided (remote or on-site) and/or any outstanding amount owing to us at the rate of £110 plus VAT per hour.

Block Hours. In the case that a Resource has a Real-Time unit status of “unavailable” for an entire day, that day will not contribute to the quantity of Asset Related Demand Bid Block-Hours. However, if the Resource has at least one hour of the day with a unit status of “available,” the entire day will contribute to the quantity of Asset Related Demand Bid Block-Hours.

Related to Block Hours

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • Twelve Hour Shifts Employees shall be entitled, subject to exigencies of patient care and/or departmental requirements, to rest periods during the shift of a total of forty-five (45) minutes.

  • Support Hours 3.1. Standard Support Hours: Toll-free telephone support (0-000-000-0000 option #2) is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST. After- hours, holiday and weekend support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues is available by calling 0-000-000-0000, option #8.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone and bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Hours For the purposes of an unpaid 7.5-hour shift, the deduction from pay shall equate to 9.375 hours.

  • Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.

  • Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines:

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.

  • Work Hours Except in emergencies, the standard work week of full-time unit employees shall normally consist of five (5) days of eight (8) hours each, exclusive of lunch hour. Each employee shall be assigned regular starting and ending times, which shall not be changed without prior notice. Should an employee be required to work during his/her lunch hour, the length of such interruption shall be counted as time worked unless other arrangements are made with his/her supervisor.
