Blinds. Existing window blinds in the Premises will be in working condition. If any work is required to bring such blinds into working condition, including replacing any missing blinds, Landlord will perform the same in accordance with Section 4 below.
Blinds. 1. Building Standard horizontal blinds are as provided on the exterior windows. Existing horizontal blinds shall be serviced and in good operating order.
Blinds. Window blinds must be wiped clean. Rooms used by smokers may require additional cleaning and blinds sometimes need to be soaked in the bathtub.
Blinds. There are to be no blinds or curtains put up in the windows of the Premises without the previous written approval of the Landlord such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed
Blinds. All window and door blinds will be dusted thoroughly with a treated duster or cloth that is able to reach high areas.
Blinds. Blinds shall be cleaned by vacuum or professional dusting device, treated to attract matter. Blinds shall be free of dust and provide an overall clean appearance.

The Tenant will not, without the prior written consent of the Landlord, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, install any blinds, drapes, curtains, or other window coverings in the Leased Premises and will not remove, add to or change the blinds, curtains, drapes or other window covering, installed by the Landlord from time to time, and agrees to keep window coverings open or closed at various times as the Landlord may from time to time direct or as may be provided from time to time by the Rules and Regulations.
Blinds. Damp wipe ‐ consist of removing dust and dirt using a clean, damp cloth.
Blinds. If any blinds or window treatments are damaged. Tenant will pay to replace any damaged blinds or window coverings.
Blinds. Spray blinds with a mild soap and water solution and wipe dry. Do not soak blinds. Weekly dusting or wiping can save a lot of work later. YARD MAINTENANCE: No yard. Tenant is responsible for ALL yard care: Yard, including the area bordering the sidewalk, to be watered as needed but at least twice each week. Yard to be mowed, trimmed, weeded and fertilized as needed, but not less than once per month. Tenants are responsible for maintenance of sidewalk areas. All plants and trees to be kept trimmed and away from house. Do not trim or remove any City & County trees on curbs. If Tenants fail to maintain yard, Agent will hire a yard maintenance service and charge tenants a monthly cost plus any costs to repair or replace any damages caused by negligence. No plants or trees shall be planted without Agent’s prior written consent. Landlord / Association is responsible for yard care: Tenant is responsible for keeping all outside areas free of garbage, debris, animal feces and/or any other unsightly items. No plants or trees shall be planted without Agent’s prior written consent. If there is a private courtyard area, Tenant shall maintain area, and water, trim and fertilize as needed.
