Blanket Orders. If the Order does not specify a quantity, states zero, “blanket,” “per release” or a similar term, the Order is a blanket order. If the Order is a blanket order, then for consideration of $10.00 to be paid by Buyer following expiration or termination of the Order, Seller grants to Buyer an irrevocable option during the term of the Order to purchase Products in such quantities specified in Material Releases that are transmitted to Seller during the term of the Order, provided that Buyer may purchase no less than a minimum quantity of at least one piece or unit of each of the Products and no more than 100% of Buyer’s requirements for the Products.

Blanket Orders. Should this contract be a blanket order for the mutual convenience of the parties, Goods may be requisitioned by Purchaser for periods up to one (1) year from date of first shipment. Minimum release quantities should be specified, and if none, are subject to Renold’s determination. All Goods not shipped within one (1) year from the date of first shipment will be filled and shipped at the discretion of Renold and paid by Purchaser in accordance herewith unless other arrangements are agreed upon by the parties. In the event of early cancellation or termination Renold may xxxx and ship at its discretion all Goods not yet shipped, to be paid by Purchaser in accordance herewith.
Blanket Orders. CALL OFF ORDERS Blanket orders for standard products will be accept- ed under the following conditions: the first release is scheduled within 30 days of the order date and the final release not to extend beyond 6 months from the date of the order. All scheduled releases must have a specific date and quantity assigned at time of order. Pricing on blanket orders for xxxx- dard products will be held for 6 months from the order date. Once an order is placed, additions to the original order will not be permitted. Blanket orders will be accepted for special products for a 6 months period also. The first release will be scheduled based on the estimated lead time of the special item. The price in effect at the time of order acceptance will apply to all releases. Blanket orders for special products are non-cancellable and will not be accepted after Dec. 1st of the ongoing year. Call off orders, placed without specific release dates, will follow the same guidelines as blanket orders for both standard and special items. Remain- ing balance of items will be automatically shipped at the end of the 6 months period if our distributor did not call to release them.
Blanket Orders. In the event that Customer has purchased the Hardware or Media in a blanket order with multiple shipment dates, Peak-Ryzex will invoice Customer on the shipment date of each installment of the blanket order. Customer shall be responsible for the total purchase price of the blanket order. In the event that Customer has not requested delivery of the total quantities of the Hardware or Media prior to the expiration date of the blanket order, Peak-Ryzex will invoice the Customer for the remaining balance due and Customer agrees to pay the remainder of the total purchase price upon receipt of Peak-Ryzex’s invoice. If no expiration date is stated on the Order, the blanket order shall expire twelve (12) months from the date of the Order.
Blanket Orders. All Goods ordered under a blanket order must be delivered within the agreed-upon time frame, which shall not exceed one year from the date of the blanket order, and shall be delivered in the agreed-upon release quantities.
Blanket Orders. If all delivery dates are not determined at the time the order is confirmed, it is understood that the customer will buy the complete order quantity no later than one year after the date of the order confirmation. Arrangements that differ from this "blanket order agreement" will be confirmed by GeBE with the written order confirmation.

Blanket Orders. If this order is identified as a "blanket order", Buyer shall issue a "Vendor Release and Shipping Schedule" to Seller for specific part revisions, quantities and delivery dates for Products. Buyer shall have the right to cancel, adjust or reschedule the quantities of Products shown in such "Vendor Release and Shipping Schedule" except that it may not cancel, adjust or reschedule the Products shown as "Firm Obligations" on such "Vendor Release and Shipping Schedule."
