Common use of Blanket Insurance Clause in Contracts

Blanket Insurance. Anything contained in this Article VI to the contrary notwithstanding, all Required Insurance may be carried under a "blanket" or "umbrella" policy or policies covering other property or liabilities of Tenant, provided that such policies otherwise comply with the provisions of this Lease and specify the coverage and amounts thereof with respect to the Premises.
