Common use of Blanket Insurance Clause in Contracts

Blanket Insurance. The Tenant may fulfill its insurance obligations hereunder by maintaining a so-called “blanket” policy or policies of insurance in a form that provides by specific endorsement coverage not less than that which is required hereunder for the particular property or interest referred to herein; provided, however, that the coverage required by this Article 8 will not be reduced or diminished by reason of use of such blanket policy of insurance.
