Biweekly Pay. The City shall continue its current practice relating to paying employees biweekly (i.e., once every two weeks); provided that if the City determines that changes are necessary, any such changes shall be reviewed with the Association prior to implementation.
Biweekly Pay. All salaries shall be computed and paid on a bi-weekly basis.
Biweekly Pay. By the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year, all employees will transition to receive their salary in semi-monthly installments. Ten-month employees will receive their pay over a 20-pay period.
Biweekly Pay. The right to define and implement a new payroll system, including 27 but not limited to a biweekly payroll system, is vested exclusively in the Employer. Implementation 28 of such system may include a conversion of wages and leave benefits into hourly amounts and the 1 parties recognize the Employer’s exclusive right to make the changes necessary to implement such 2 payroll system.
Biweekly Pay. Each member of the bargaining unit shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis.
Biweekly Pay. Wages shall be paid at biweekly intervals on Fridays for a two weeks’ payroll period ending no more than six (6) days prior to the pay date, provided if the regular pay date falls on a holiday, payment shall be made on the preceding workday.
Biweekly Pay. Pay shall be remitted to the employee every second Friday. However, if the Friday falls on a holiday, the pay shall be distributed on Thursday. Every employee shall be paid by bank deposit at the bank or caisse of his choice. The Employer shall provide an employee’s pay deposit statement. Confidentiality shall be observed in distributing pay.
Biweekly Pay. The Employer, with thirty (30) days advance notice to the Union and the Employees, may convert at the same time as the majority of the other Employer's employees to a biweekly pay period.
Biweekly Pay. All twelve (12) month employees shall receive their salary in bi-weekly installments. All ten (10) month employees shall receive their salary in bi-weekly installments, and may elect twenty- one (21) or twenty-six (26) pays.
Biweekly Pay. Effective no earlier than January 1, 2018, each member of the bargaining unit shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis.
