Biometric information. The School seeks the Parents' consent to the School obtaining and using the Pupil's biometric information in the form of fingerprint recognition as part of an automated biometric recognition system using a consent form. If one of the Parents wishes to withdraw consent to the processing of the Pupil's biometric information, he / she shall make the other Parent and the Pupil aware of this and shall notify the School in writing immediately, requesting an acknowledgement of her letter.

At the request of University, Contractor agrees to provide University with a written summary of the procedures Contractor uses to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of University Records.
