Common use of Binding Clause in Contracts

Binding. LESSEE's Board of Directors has authorized LESSEE to enter into this Lease, any Side Letters hereto and any other documentation in connection with the leasing of the Aircraft from LESSOR (collectively, the "OPERATIVE DOCUMENTS") and perform its obligations under the Operative Documents. This Lease and the other Operative Documents have been duly executed and delivered by LESSEE and represent the valid, binding and enforceable obligations of LESSEE except as enforceability may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or other Laws of general application affecting the enforcement of creditors' rights. When executed by LESSEE at Delivery, the same will apply to the Estoppel and Acceptance Certificate.

Binding. LESSEE's ’s Board of Directors has authorized LESSEE to enter into this Lease, any Side Letters hereto and any other documentation in connection with the leasing of the Aircraft from LESSOR (collectively, the "OPERATIVE DOCUMENTS"“Operative Documents”) and perform its obligations under the Operative Documents. This Lease and the other Operative Documents have been duly executed and delivered by LESSEE and represent the valid, valid and binding and enforceable obligations of LESSEE LESSEE, enforceable in accordance with their terms except as enforceability may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or other Laws of general application affecting the enforcement of creditors' ’ rights. When executed by LESSEE at Delivery, the same will apply to the Estoppel and Acceptance Certificate.
