Binding upon Successors. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and to their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.

City agrees, upon written request of Owner/Developer, to execute appropriate and recordable evidence of termination of this Agreement if City, in its sole and reasonable discretion, had determined that Owner/Developer have fully performed their obligations under this Agreement.
Binding upon Successors. The covenants, conditions, and agreements made and entered into by the parties hereto shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of their respective heirs, representatives, successor and assigns.

All of the agreements, rights, covenants, reservations and restrictions contained in this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties herein, their heirs, successors, legal representatives, assigns and all persons acquiring any part or portion of the Historic Property, whether by operation of law or in any manner whatsoever.
Binding upon Successors. All rights of Pledgee under this Pledge Agreement shall inure to the benefit of its successors and assigns, and all obligations of Pledgor shall bind the representatives, executors, administrators, heirs, successors and assigns of the Pledgor.
Binding upon Successors. 11.13.1 This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, administrators, executors, successors in interest and assigns of each of the Parties hereto. Any reference in this Agreement to a specifically named Party shall be deemed to apply to any successor, heir, administrator, executor or assign of such Party who has acquired an interest in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, or under law.
