Binding Effect; Third-Party Beneficiaries. Subject to Section 37, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto, and to their respective heirs, executors, beneficiaries, personal representatives, successors and permitted assigns hereunder; otherwise this Agreement shall not be for the benefit of any third parties.
Binding Effect; Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. The Trust and the Trust Collateral Agent on behalf of the Trust and the Noteholders are intended by the parties hereto to be third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

Except as otherwise provided in this Article III, no other Person shall have any right or obligation hereunder.

Subject to the provisions of Section 11, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and may be enforced by Employer and its successors or assigns, and it shall be binding upon Executive and Executive’s heirs, successors, and assigns. Except as expressly set forth herein, this Agreement is not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any other person or entity.
Binding Effect; Third-Party Beneficiaries. The provisions of this Section 8 shall inure to the benefit of the Corporation, its successors and assigns.
