Binding Effect; Benefits. This Disaffiliation Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns; provided, however, that nothing in this Disaffiliation Agreement shall be construed to confer any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities on any person other than the Parties hereto or their respective successors and permitted assigns.
