Common use of Bind and Inure Clause in Contracts

Bind and Inure. The obligations of this Lease shall run with the land, and this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Landlord named herein and each successive owner of the Premises shall be liable only for the obligations accruing during the period of its ownership. Neither the Landlord named herein nor any successive owner of the Premises whether an individual, trust, a corporation or otherwise shall have any personal liability beyond their equity interest in the Premises.

Bind and Inure. The obligations of this Lease shall run with the land, and this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Landlord named herein and each successive owner of the Premises Building shall be liable only for the obligations accruing during the period of its ownership. Neither the Landlord named herein nor any successive owner of the Premises whether an individual, trust, a corporation or otherwise shall have any personal liability beyond their equity interest in the Premises.
