Billing Disputes. 7.6.3.1 Each Party agrees to notify the other Party upon the discovery of a billing dispute. In the event of a billing dispute, the Parties will endeavor to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) calendar days of the Xxxx Date on which such disputed charges appear. Resolution of the dispute is expected to occur at the first level of management resulting in a recommendation for settlement of the dispute and closure of a specific billing period. If the issues are not resolved within the allotted time frame, the following resolution procedure will begin:

Billing Disputes. In the event of a billing dispute between Transmission Provider and Interconnection Customer, Transmission Provider shall continue to provide interconnection service under this Appendix 2 as long as Interconnection Customer (i) continues to make all payments not in dispute, and (ii) pays to Transmission Provider or into an independent escrow account the portion of the invoice in dispute, pending resolution of such dispute. If Interconnection Customer fails to meet these two requirements for continuation of service, then Transmission Provider shall so inform the Interconnection Parties and may provide notice to Interconnection Customer of a Breach pursuant to Section 15 of this Appendix 2. Within thirty days after the resolution of the dispute, the Interconnection Party that owes money to the other Interconnection Party shall pay the amount due with interest calculated in accord with Section 11.4.
Billing Disputes. Should CLEC dispute, in good faith, and withhold payment on any portion of the charges under this Agreement, CLEC will notify Qwest in writing within fifteen (15) Days following the Payment Due Date identifying the amount, reason and rationale of such dispute. At a minimum, CLEC will pay all undisputed amounts due to Qwest. Both CLEC and Qwest agree to expedite the investigation of any disputed amounts, promptly provide reasonably requested documentation regarding the amount disputed, and work in good faith in an effort to resolve and settle the dispute through informal means prior to invoking any other rights or remedies.

Any payments you withhold pending resolution of the dispute may be subject to a late payment charge at the highest interest rate allowable by law applied to past due amounts.

Billing Disputes. Customer must dispute any charges for the Services in writing to XxxxxxxXxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx within thirty (30) days of the date of the charge by Provider, or Customer waives any objection and further recourse with regard to such charges. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer shall pay all undisputed charges in accordance with this Agreement.
Billing Disputes. The disputing Party must submit billing disputes (“Billing Disputes”) to the billing Party on the Billing Dispute Form contained in Attachment II by the due date on the disputed xxxx. The dispute form must be complete, with all fields populated with the required information for the billable element in dispute. If the billing dispute form is not complete with all information, the dispute will be denied by the billing Party. After receipt of a completed dispute, the billing Party will review to determine the accuracy of the billing dispute. If the billing Party determines the dispute is valid, the billing Party will credit the disputing Party’s xxxx by the next xxxx date. If the billing Party determines the billing dispute is not valid, the disputing Party may escalate the dispute as outlined in section 3.1.1.1. If escalation of the billing dispute does not occur within the 60 days as outlined below, the disputing Party must remit payment for the disputed charge, including late payment charges, to the billing Party by the next xxxx date. The Parties will endeavor to resolve all Billing Disputes within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Dispute Form.

Billing Disputes. A Party must submit reasonable and valid billing disputes (“Billing Disputes”) to the other Party within six (6) months from the due date. The Parties will endeavor to resolve all Billing Disputes within ninety (90) days from the receipt of the Dispute Notice. Billing disputes will be deemed reasonable and valid only if listed in the ALLTEL FCC Tariff No. 1.

Cellutell Communications, Inc. shall report all billing disputes to BellSouth using the Billing Adjustment Request Form (RF 1461) provided by BellSouth.
