Billing and Charges You agree to pay, in accordance with the provisions of the Service plan you selected, any registration, activation or monthly fees (including, without limitation, any applicable discounts), service charges, minimum charges and other amounts charged to or incurred by you, or by users of your account, at the rates in effect at the start of the billing period in which those amounts are charged or incurred. You agree to pay all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges related to your use of the Service, provision of services, software or hardware or the use of the Service by users of your account. Information on our charges and surcharges may be made available to you on xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. We will send your billing statements to the email address you provide to us, and you agree that this is sufficient notice for all purposes as to charges incurred and paid or to be paid to us. You understand and agree that you will not receive a paper statement in the mail. Additional terms relating to pricing, billing, and payment which are an integral part of this Agreement are contained in your Service plan details. Viasat reserves the right to correct and charge under-billed or unbilled amounts for a period of 90 days after (i) any incorrect statement was issued or (ii) a statement should have been issued. Payment of the outstanding balance is due in full each month.
First Aid Premium First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.
BILLING AND PAYMENT OF CHARGES 8.1 Unless otherwise stated, each Party will render monthly xxxx(s) to the other for Interconnection, Resale Services, Network Elements, functions, facilities, products and services provided hereunder at the rates set forth in the applicable Appendix Pricing, as set forth in applicable tariffs or other documents specifically referenced herein and, as applicable, as agreed upon by the Parties or authorized by a Party.
Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.
Lead Hand Premium The Lead Hand premium shall be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for employees so appointed and the Company retains sole discretion to appoint, maintain or delete the use of lead hands.
Operating and Maintenance Costs The Participating Generator shall be responsible for all its costs incurred in connection with operating and maintaining the Generating Units identified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of meeting its obligations under this Agreement.

Billing and Payments Transmission Provider shall bill the Interconnection Customer for the Costs associated with the facilities contemplated by this ISA, estimates of which are set forth in the Specifications to this ISA, and the Interconnection Customer shall pay such Costs, in accordance with Section 11 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and the applicable Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. Upon receipt of each of Interconnection Customer’s payments of such bills, Transmission Provider shall reimburse the applicable Interconnected Transmission Owner. Bilingual Premium The appointing authority may require a qualified employee to perform bilingual duties in positions which have been identified and designated as requiring such bilingual skills. In order to ensure an adequate level of bilingual proficiency, the Director, Department of Human Resources may require periodic evaluation of incumbents receiving bilingual premium.
Operating and Maintenance Expenses Subject to the provisions herein addressing the use of facilities by others, and except for operations and maintenance expenses associated with modifications made for providing interconnection or transmission service to a third party and such third party pays for such expenses, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses including overheads, associated with: (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities; and (2) operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.
