Bill Payment. We will process bill payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any bill payment transfer if the required transfer information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for bill payment transfer by the designated cut-off time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your bill payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Bill Payment transactions may apply: • There is no limit on the number of bill payments per day. • The maximum amount of bill payments each day is $9,999.99, if there are sufficient funds in your account.

Bill Payment. If we approve Bill Payment services for your account, you may pay your bills electronically, and have your recurring bills paid automatically. However, you may not use Bill Payment services to (a) pay taxes or make other payments to governmental agencies, (b) pay court-directed alimony or support or (c) make payments to payees outside of the United States or U.S. territory. • Additional information and limitations, including cut-otf times and vendor information are set forth within the Credit Union’s Service Agreement for Online Banking Services and related user instructions. These materials will be available to you online at the time you request services. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and there may be limits on the duration of each access.
Bill Payment. 7.1. We only accept payment by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (except the initial payment for a KISA Handset or a Service which must be made by card).
Bill Payment. Payments are made to your payee either electronically via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) or by check or laser draft. The Credit Union processes payments through a third party vendor and is not responsible for the timing of payments. The method of payment depends upon the processing method that can be accommodated by the payee or by our Bill Payment service vendor. It is important that you take into consideration what method of bill payment will be used when scheduling your payments to ensure payment deadlines are met. If the payee accepts electronic bill payment, the payment may take up to three business days to process. If the payee does not accept electronic bill payment, the payment will be sent in a check form, and may take up to five business days to process. The following member responsibilities apply: − Any late payment, late fees, interest payments, and service fees charged by merchant(s); − Any overdraft, NSF or stop payment fees charged by the Credit Union as a result of these transactions; − Data input of payee information (payment amount, name, address and any other pertinent information); − Written notification to the Credit Union in the event you wish to cancel this service; and − You must allow sufficient time for bill payments to be processed so that the funds can be delivered to the merchant on or before the payment due date. Limitations on Transactions: − The maximum aggregate transaction amount is $9,999.99 during any 24-hour period; − Bill payments can only be made from your share draft (checking) account; − Payments cannot be made for tax payments, court-ordered payments or payments to payees outside of the United States; − If you close the designated bill payment account, all scheduled payments will be stopped; − You cannot stop a payment if the payment has already been processed; and − You can schedule payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, payments scheduled on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed on the next business day. P2P (Person-to-Person) Payments Powered by PayPal. PayPal is a Payment Service Provider. PayPal helps you make payments to third parties. PayPal is an independent contractor for all purposes, except that PayPal acts as your agent with respect to the custody of your funds only. Bill Payment. You can only make a bill payment from Accounts that are available via the Services for this purpose. If you give an instruction, including a future-dated instruction, to make a bill payment from an Account, you acknowledge that although funds will be withdrawn from your Account on the date you instruct, the xxxxxx may not receive the bill payment amount on the date the funds were withdrawn. It is your sole responsibilityto ensure that your bill payments are requested so that there is sufficient time prior to their due date to be processedby Alterna and by the xxxxxx. Alterna is not responsible for any disputes you may have with a xxxxxx including if that xxxxxx (i) does not credit you for a bill payment for whatever reason, (ii) charges you fees, interest, or penalties, or (iii) does not supply goods or services purchased or the goods or services are not suitable. You must make sure that all information Alterna requires (including, but not always limited to, account numbers and payee names) to complete any bill payment instruction is accurate. Alterna may, without notice, update such payee information if that xxxxxx tells Alterna of a change or if Alterna deem it to be necessary. Alterna may, without notice, decline or refuse to act on an instruction given or purported to be given by you, including if Alterna believes that there may be fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity, or that an error or mistake has occurred.
Bill Payment. If enabled by Platform for your Account, you will have access to the bill payments check feature (the "Bill Pay Checks") through the Mobile App or Website which allows you to authorize Bank to make bill payments on your behalf to third parties. You may not have access to the Bill Pay Checks until your Account has been open for a minimum of thirty (30) days. To initiate a bill payment using the Bill Pay Checks, you must provide the name and mailing address of each individual or company you wish to pay. Once a payment is authorized, the payment amount will be immediately deducted from your Account balance. Payments made using the Bill Pay Checks take the form of a paper check sent to the payee using standard U.S. Postal Service mail. Please allow three to nine (3-9) business days for delivery of the check. Payments can only be sent to addresses located within the fifty (50) states of the U.S. Check payments are processed daily by 3:00pm Central Time. Bill Pay payments initiated after this time will be processed the next business day. Bank reserves the right to refuse to process payments to any individual or company. If the decision is made to refuse a payment, Bank or Platform as Bank’s agent will notify you on or before the next business day. Bill Pay Checks may be refused or returned by the individual or company to whom the payment was issued. The determination to accept this method of payment is at the discretion of the recipient. The U.S. Postal Service may also return payments in cases of expired or invalid addresses. If the Check payment is returned for any reason, the payment will be voided, and the full amount credited to your Account the next business day.

Bill Payment. If you elect to utilize the optional bill payment service, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You authorize us to post bill payment transactions initiated through the Service to the account(s) you designate and to honor debits drawn against the account(s) without presence of your written signature. A checking account is required for bill payment. Bill payments are sent either electronically or by paper check, at our option. Please note, bill payments may take up to 10 business days to reach the payee. Funds for all bill payments may be debited from the account you designate at any time on or after the processing date. The processing date is determined by the Service and precedes the date that payment is to occur, depending on the method of payment. You agree to maintain available funds in your account to pay bill payment transactions no later than the processing date, and until the funds are debited by the Service. Bill payments may also be scheduled on a recurring basis or on future business days based on options available in the Service. Recurring bill payments which would otherwise fall on a non-business day will be processed on the last business day prior to the non-business day. For bill payments to individuals, a name, routing number and account number may be entered by you or the payee to identify the intended payee. You agree that if the information entered describes the payee inconsistently by name and routing and/or account number, the payment will be made based on the routing and account number entered, even if the routing and account number entered identify an individual different from the intended payee. You agree that we are not liable for having carried out such a payment and resolution of the situation is between you and the payee. We recommend that you contact your individual payee(s) for restrictions that may apply. All bill payments require sufficient time for the payee to process the payment and credit your account. We are not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against you by payees you select to receive payments through the bill payment service. You are responsible for any fee of ours as well as any fee from the payee that you may incur due to the lack of sufficient funds or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from your account to pay a bill payment that you have requested. Bill Payment. You may make bill payments from your Account. Each time you make a bill payment through Online Banking, you will receive a Reference Number from us. You are required to retain the Reference Number in your records as your confirmation that we have received your payment instructions. Bill payments and transfers, including post-dated bill payments and transfers, may not be completed if there are insufficient funds in your Account. Bill payments made through Online Banking will be reflected on the relevant Bill Issuer's records as of the date of payment. Some Bill Issuers may require additional time (often up to two business days) to reflect the payment in their records. You agree that, if you have a dispute with a Bill Issuer concerning its failure to give credit for a bill payment, or the imposition of any additional charges such as late payment fees or interest penalties, you will settle such dispute directly with the Bill Issuer. You are solely responsible for ensuring that we have accurate and complete information for each Bill Issuer to whom you wish to make an electronic payment through our systems including the Bill Issuer Account Information. Furthermore, you authorize and consent to our exchanging Bill Issuer Account Information with the Bill Issuer (including, without limitation, employees and agents of the Bill Issuer) to ensure that information in our records concerning your account with the Bill Issuer is accurate and up-to-date. You agree that: ⯈ we may use a third-party service provider to provide bill payment and transfer services; ⯈ we are under no obligation to keep Bill Issuer Account Information up-to-date or to contact the Bill Issuer to obtain, verify or update Bill Issuer Account Information; and ⯈ we will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of a loss, liability or claim arising in connection with us not being in possession of complete, accurate or current Bill Issuer Account Information.
