BILL 162. Upon written request of a Local Union or the Multi- Employer Benefit Plan, the Ontario Sheet Metal Work- ers’ Conference and the Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors’ Association agree to meet within thirty (30) days with respect to the $0.03 Bill 162 hourly con- tributions required in the Wage Schedules. Where it can be demonstrated that the $0.03 Bill 162 hourly contribution has not, is not or will not be suf- ficient for the Multi-Employer Benefit Plan to meet it’s obligations under Section 25 of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, employers required to make the Bill 162 contributions shall increase those contribu- tions to an amount sufficient to cover any existing cur- rent or future shortfall. Any increase to the $0.03 hourly contribution will be reviewed upon the expiry of the Collective Agree- ment.

BILL 162. 44.1 Upon written request of a Local Union or the Multi-Employer Benefit Plan, EPSCA agrees to meet with the Union to discuss, with the intent to comply, with any increase negotiated between the Ontario Sheet Metal Workers’ Conference and the Ontario Sheet Metal and Air Handling Group with respect to the $0.03 Bill 162 hourly contributions required in the wage schedules.
BILL 162. 15.01 The contractor will contribute three cents ($0.03) per hour earned by each employee, to the Local Union Employee Benefit Plan Administrator, to assure continuation of benefit coverage as provided for in Bill 162 and the Memorandum of Understanding dated May 1, 1992.

  • CONTRACT XXXXXXXX Contractor and the distributors/resellers designated by the Contractor, if any, shall provide complete and accurate billing invoices to each Authorized User in order to receive payment. Xxxxxxxx for Authorized Users must contain all information required by the Contract and the State Comptroller. The State Comptroller shall render payment for Authorized User purchases, and such payment shall be made in accordance with ordinary State procedures and practices. Payment of Contract purchases made by Authorized Users, other than Agencies, shall be billed directly by Contractor on invoices/vouchers, together with complete and accurate supporting documentation as required by the Authorized User. Submission of an invoice and payment thereof shall not preclude the Commissioner from reimbursement or demanding a price adjustment in any case where the Product delivered is found to deviate from the terms and conditions of the Contract or where the billing was inaccurate. Contractor shall provide, upon request of the Commissioner, any and all information necessary to verify the accuracy of the xxxxxxxx. Such information shall be provided in the format requested by the Commissioner and in a media commercially available from the Contractor.   • JOB XXXXXXX (a) There shall be a Xxxxxxx on each job at all times, who shall be a Union Member in good standing, and shall be appointed by the Business Representative, from amongst the Employees on the job. The Employer agrees that when Employees are laid-off, all things being equal, the Xxxxxxx will be one of the last employees laid-off. The Union agrees that the Xxxxxxx shall not be changed without prior notification to the Employer.
