Except as set forth on Schedule 3.26.2, to the Company’s Knowledge and Sellers’ Knowledge, no facts exist which would reasonably be expected to give rise to a claim for price adjustment under the Truth in Negotiations Act or to any other request for a reduction in the price of any Company Government Contracts.
