Bidders' Presentations. At the discretion of UNAIDS, selected bidders may be invited to supply additional information on the contents of their proposal during the evaluation period. Such bidders could be asked to give a presentation of their proposal (possibly with an emphasis on a topic of UNAIDS's choice) followed by a question and answer session. If UNAIDS determines that there is such a need, the presentation will be held at UNAIDS Headquarters in Geneva, or by videoconference/Internet. Bidders will be given reasonable time to prepare for the presentation. NOTE: Presentations or other individual contact is expressly prohibited before the closing date for proposal submission.

  • ORAL PRESENTATIONS/INTERVIEWS In connection with any SOW RFP, Contractor and proposed employees, independent contractors or agents of Contractor may be required to make an oral presentation to State or Agency representatives. Significant representations made by a Contractor during the oral presentation shall be submitted in writing. All material representations acceptable to the State shall be incorporated in any applicable SOW Agreement. The Agency will notify Contractor of the time and place of oral presentations.

  • Representations and Certifications The CNA shall assist the AbilityOne participating NPAs in the information gathering and filing of the NPAs’ Annual Representations and Certifications (AR&C) in accordance with 41 CFR §§ 51-3.2 and 3.6.

Such meetings shall be between the Union representatives and representatives of the Board. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested. Matters to be taken up in special conferences shall be confined to those included in the agenda.
