BID FORMS. All bids shall be submitted on the County’s standard Bid Response Form. Modification of the Bid Response Form herein or submission of Bids on Bidder’s quotation forms shall not be accepted and shall be deemed non-responsive.

BID FORMS. 2.9.1 The Bidder shall complete the Bid Form and the appropriate Price Schedule furnished in the Bid documents, indicating the Itemss to be supplied, a brief description of the items, their country of origin, quantity, and prices.
