Beta Versions. No Warranty – “AS IS” Product If this is a beta or test version, licensee acknowledges that software is prerelease code and is not at the level of performance or compatibility of a final, generally available product offering. Software may not operate correctly and may be substantially modified prior to first commercial shipment or withdrawn. Software is provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of Software remains with Licensee. Licensee acknowledges that operating beta software on a production system may have unintended consequences and has been so advised by Comodo.

Beta Versions. From time to time, we may make available for you to try, at your sole discretion, certain functionality related to the Service, which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, non-production, or by a similar description (each, a “Beta Version”). Beta Versions are intended for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. We may discontinue Beta Versions at any time in our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Version.
Beta Versions. You acknowledge that the Services and software are beta versions in the stage of development. Consequently, the Services and software are unstable and may not work error-free. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the Services and software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Services and software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Moreover, we reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to discontinue, redesign, modify, enhance, change, patch the software and the Services including, without limitation, the structure, specifications, “look and feel,” navigation, features and other elements of the software and the Services or any part thereof.

Beta Versions. If Ping Identity and Customer mutually agree in writing, Customer may receive beta, preview or other pre- release Products or features from Ping Identity (“Beta Versions”). Beta Versions may not have been tested or debugged and are experimental, and any documentation may be in draft form. Ping Identity may change or discontinue Beta Versions at any time without notice.

Beta Versions. You acknowledge and agree that the Software provided to You under this XXXX may be in evaluation, test, or beta form (“beta”), or otherwise not intended or completed for commercial use and may therefore contain errors, bugs, or similar unstable characteristics not typical of commercially released items. Such characteristics may negatively affect the operation of previously installed software or equipment. You are advised to safeguard important data, to use caution, and not to rely in any way on the correct functioning or performance of the Software and accompanying materials.
Beta Versions. Incyte may from time to time, in its discretion, make available to Customer certain preproduction versions of the Licensed Software ("Beta Versions"), for use by Customer under this license and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. If Customer accepts any Beta Version, Customer does so on the express understanding that (a) the Beta Version may contain know defects or "bugs" that have not been disclosed to Customer, (b) use of the Beta Version is at Customer's sole and entire risk, (c) Incyte makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind concerning the Beta Version, and (d) Incyte will have no obligation to correct any defects or "bugs" in the Beta Version and no liability of any nature for any losses or damages arising from any such defect or "bug". Upon Incyte's request, Customer will discontinue all use, and will return to Incyte all copies, of any Beta Versions furnished to Customer hereunder.
Beta Versions. In the event that the Software is a beta release or pre-release version, the terms of this section shall apply. Your License to use the Software expires thirty (30) days after installation (or such other period as indicated by the Software) and the Software may thereafter cease to function. The Software you are receiving may contain more or less features than the commercial release of the Software that USDV intends to distribute. USDV reserves the right at any time not to release a commercial release of the Software or, if released, to alter features, specification, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics. You acknowledge that the beta release or pre-release versions have not been fully tested and may contain errors affecting their proper operation. You agree that you will not do anything to circumvent or defeat the features designed to stop the Software from operating after the License expires.
