Beta Services. From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

Beta Services are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, however, all restrictions, Our reservation of rights and Your obligations concerning the Services, and use of any related Non-SmartSimple Applications and Content, shall apply equally to Your use of Beta Services. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available without the applicable Beta Services designation. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.
Beta Services. (a) Classification. Stripe may classify certain Stripe services or Stripe Technology, including a particular release or feature, as Beta. A Stripe service may be generally available in some circumstances (e.g., in some countries or regions) while still classified as Beta in other circumstances.

Beta Services. From time to time, Adverity may invite Customer to try, at no charge, Adverity products or services that are not generally available to Adverity customers (“Beta Services”). Any Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are provided for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not supported, may contain bugs or errors, are subject to change in Adverity’s sole discretion, and may be subject to additional terms. Customer shall immediately inform Adverity of any bugs or errors experienced, and otherwise provide its feedback to, and cooperate with, Adverity on Beta Services as reasonably requested by Adverity. Beta services are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranty, and Adverity disclaims any and all liability for beta services, except in cases of section IX.4. Adverity may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Adverity’s sole discretion and may never make them generally available.

These Beta Services are offered “AS-IS”, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability, warranties, indemnities, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. If you are using Beta Services, you agree to receive related correspondence and updates from us and acknowledge that opting out may result in cancellation of your access to the Beta Services. If you provide Feedback about the Beta Services, you agree that we own any Feedback that you share with us. For the Beta Services only, these Terms supersede any conflicting terms and conditions in the Agreement, but only to the extent necessary to resolve conflict.

You may be required to provide Feedback to use Beta Services. We make no representations, promises or guarantees that the Beta Services will ever be generally released. If a Beta Services is discontinued, unless otherwise provided in a separate written agreement, We will give You reasonable advanced notice that the Beta Service is being discontinued so that You can download Your Content. After that, We may suspend or terminate access to the Beta Service and delete any Content or data on the Beta Service without any liability to You.
