If Tenant employs six (6) or more part-time, full-time or stipend employees, and generates $350,000 or more in annual gross receipts, Tenant will be required to provide all eligible employees with City mandated minimum compensation during the term of this lease, as defined in B.M.C. Chapter 13.27, and well as comply with the terms enumerated herein.
