FUNERAL LEAVE Any employee in the bargaining unit shall be allowed to be absent from work to arrange for or attend the funeral of any one of the relatives of the employee hereinafter stated:
Overtime If, upon Carrier's request, the Handling Company agrees to provide additional personnel in order to handle a flight outside of the scheduled arrival and departure times or for any other reason, the Handling Company not will charge Carrier more than the Handling Company's actual cost of providing such additional personnel.
Illness Employee shall be entitled to 10 days per year as sick leave and/or personal leave with full pay. Sick leave may be accumulated up to a total of thirty (30) days. As with all employees of the Company, the accumulated balance of unused sick time will not be paid as compensation upon termination of employment.
Sickness 9.1 The Executive shall comply with the Company’s sick pay rules from time to time in force.
Leave of Absence With respect to the Award, the Company may, in its sole discretion, determine that if you are on leave of absence for any reason you will not be considered as having terminated employment with the Company; however, your rights to the Restricted Stock Units during a leave of absence will be limited to the extent to which those rights were earned or vested when the leave of absence began.
Labor Difficulties There is no labor strike, slowdown, stoppage or lockout actually pending, or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened against the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries. Neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary has experienced any material labor strike, slowdown, stoppage or lockout during the past three (3) years.
Sick Leave Executive shall be entitled to sick leave and emergency leave according to the regular policies and procedures of Company. Additional sick leave or emergency leave over and above paid leave provided by the Company, if any, shall be unpaid and shall be granted at the discretion of the board of directors.
Leaves of Absence For any purpose under this Agreement, Service shall be deemed to continue while the Optionee is on a bona fide leave of absence, if such leave was approved by the Company in writing and if continued crediting of Service for such purpose is expressly required by the terms of such leave or by applicable law (as determined by the Company).
Annual Leave Party B is entitled to the paid annual leave pursuant to Party A’s vacation policy.
Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act The Mortgagor has not notified the Seller, and the Seller has no knowledge of any relief requested or allowed to the Mortgagor under the Relief Act or any similar state statute;
