BENEFITS OF AFFILIATION. For the Term and subject to clause 4.2, DUSA will provide to the Affiliate access to the rights and entitlements of an affiliated club of DUSA as described in the DUSA Club Manual, which may include: grant funding; logistical support such as: membership recruitment and clubs information outlets; electronic promotions (for example, email and webpage listings); promotion of club events through various DUSA mediums, including student publications, poster boards, access to the campus for the purpose of promotions and/or web calendars (promotional information or material to be provided by the Affiliate); and assistance with club governance issues; and annual information and other training sessions. DUSA may suspend, change or cancel the rights and entitlements of the Affiliate at any time in accordance with the terms of the Constitution, the DUSA Clubs Charter, the DUSA Rules, the DUSA Club Membership Terms & Conditions and the DUSA Club Manual.

MMANC, MMASC and ICMA have been long-standing partners on behalf of the profession, providing services and benefits that complement each other.   • Benefits of Contractor’s Employees The Contractor understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for shall be liable to all benefits that are provided to their employees, including but not limited to, retirement plans, health insurance, vacation time-off, sick pay, personal leave, or any other benefit provided.

  • Benefits for Retirees The Employer will continue payment of Extended Health, Semi-Private Health Care Coverage or equivalent for any employee from the date of early retirement to the age of sixty-five (65).   • Severance and Retirement Options (a) (i) Where an employee resigns within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 14.02 (a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of sixteen (16) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars.

  • Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Unpaid Meal Periods The Employer and the Union agree to unpaid meal periods that vary from and supersede the unpaid meal period requirements required by WAC 000-000-000. Unpaid meal periods for employees working more than five (5) consecutive hours, if entitled, will be a minimum of thirty (30) minutes and will be scheduled as close to the middle of the work shift as possible, taking into account the Employer’s work requirements and the employee’s wishes. Employees working three (3) or more hours longer than a normal workday will be allowed an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period. When an employee’s unpaid meal period is interrupted by work duties, the employee will be allowed to resume their unpaid meal period following the interruption, if possible, to complete the unpaid meal period. In the event an employee is unable to complete the unpaid meal period due to operational necessity, the employee will be entitled to compensation, which will be computed based on the actual number of minutes worked within the unpaid meal period. Meal periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and meal and rest periods will not be combined.
