Benefits Information. (a) The Hospital shall provide each employee with access to information booklets outlining all of the current provisions in the benefit plans defined in article 20.01. Upon request, the Hospital will make the Plan(s) available to the Union for inspection.

Laid off employees who wish to remove themselves from the central recall pool will submit a written request to the Human Resources Department who will notify the Committee established in Section 2 below.
