Benefits Cost Containment Committee. ‌ The District and the Union agree to establish a Joint Health & Welfare Benefits Cost Containment Committee that shall be authorized to meet with providers to review plan designs, coverage options, and carriers and to select the most cost effective quality health care coverage for employees for fiscal year 2004-2005 and beyond. Further, the District and the Union agree to submit this proposal to all other affected bargaining units for their approval and participation so that the Joint Health & Welfare Benefits Committee will include representation from all affected bargaining units. In the event that all other affected bargaining units do not agree to participate, the parties will meet to discuss the feasibility and ramifications of those decisions. Regardless of the number of committee representatives for the District and for the certificated and classified unions, the District and the Unions collectively will have an equal number of votes.

  • Benefits Committee As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.

  • Joint Benefits Committee In order to achieve benefit cost reductions, or at a minimum, cost containment, the parties agree to establish and aggressively participate in a Joint Benefits Committee. The parties agree that the Joint Benefits Committee shall explore all potential options or changes that could generate cost reductions to the Benefit Plans with the following order of priorities:

  • Plan Administration AvMed may from time to time adopt reasonable policies, procedures, rules and interpretations to promote the orderly and efficient administration of this Contract.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.

  • Human Resources Database The Parties believe that their on-going and collective bargaining relationships are enhanced through useful, timely, and accessible data on relevant human resources matters, including those listed below. The Parties agree to provide and support the accumulation and dissemination of available data to the PSEA, which will be responsible for the management of the HRDB project including the gathering, analysis, and maintenance of such data. The Parties may undertake joint projects for the comparative analysis of such data. The Parties agree that a Steering Committee will oversee this program. The Committee will include representatives designated by each Party. The Parties recommend that the Ministry of Advanced Education, Training and Technology continue to provide funding to assist in the gathering, analysis, and maintenance of such data through the agreed-upon organization.
