Benefits Committee. As per LOA #10, a benefits committee comprised of OSSTF/FEESO, the CTA/CAE, the Crown and OSSTF ELHT representatives shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT. C10.6 Privacy The Parties agree to inform the OSSTF ELHT Administrator, that in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, it shall limit the collection, use and disclosure of personal information to information that is necessary for the purpose of providing benefits administration services. The OSSTF ELHT benefits pan administrator’s policy shall be based on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
