Benefits Beyond One Year. Any benefits beyond one year shall be payable only under the terms of Workers’ Disability Compensation Act and Long-Term Disability Insurance Coverage of the District, provided under Article 8. No other employer provided benefits will be paid for the individual if the individual continues to be off work after one (calendar) year.
