BENEFITS AND VACATION PAY. 6.5.1 All full-time fixed term employees shall, upon completion of one (1) month of continuous service, receive in lieu of all employee benefits listed in Part B, an amount equal to two percent (2%) of their basic hourly rate for all hours worked (including holidays and vacation).
