Common use of Benefits and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Benefits and Obligations. The covenants and agreements herein contained shall (subject to Section 10 hereof) inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the parties hereto and their respective heirs, administrators, legal representatives and permitted successors and assigns. Except as otherwise provided herein, no provisions of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, or be enforceable by, any creditors, contractors or other third parties.
