Common use of Benefit Plan Annual Report Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plan Annual Report. Within ten (10) days after Agent's request thereof (or, if not then readily available to Borrower, as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable), copies of each annual report, including Schedule B thereto, filed with respect to each Benefit Plan of Borrower, any UPP Subpartnership, the REIT or any ERISA Affiliate of any of them with the DOL, the IRS or the PBGC.
