Common use of Benefit Plan Annual Report Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plan Annual Report. On request of Administrative Agent, within thirty (30) days after the filing thereof with the DOL, the IRS or the PBGC, copies of each annual report, including Schedule B thereto, filed with respect to each Benefit Plan of Borrower, the REIT or, in the case of a Benefit Plan that is subject to Title IV of ERISA, any ERISA Affiliate of any of them.
