Benefit of indemnity. A reference to the Contractor in this clause 15.4 includes a reference to the Contractor's Associates, Related Bodies Corporate and their Associates (each, an Indemnified Party). The Contractor holds the benefit of this clause 15.4 for itself and on trust for each other Indemnified Party.
Benefit of indemnity. The University holds the benefit of this clause 7 on its own behalf and on behalf of University Personnel.

Benefit of indemnity. You agree that We hold the benefit of the indemnity provided by You at clause 19.1 for ourselves and for the benefit of the third party carrier or supplier.

Any claim for indemnity under this Article 6 by any of the partners or the Partnership or any of the directors, officers, servants, agents or employees of a party or a partner of the Partnership (collectively, the "Representatives") must be brought and administered by the applicable party to this Agreement. No indemnified Person other than the parties shall have any rights against either party under the terms of this Article 6 except as may be exercised on its behalf by QRCI, Newco or the Partnership, as applicable, pursuant to this Article 6. Each party may elect to exercise or not exercise indemnification rights under this Article 6 on behalf of its Representatives in its sole discretion and shall have no liability to any such other Representatives for any action or inaction under this Article 6.

Benefit of indemnity. 19.5.1 Council holds the benefit of clause 19.1 on trust for, and may enforce clause 19.1 directly against the Contractor, on behalf of the Council’s Representative, officers and employees.
Benefit of indemnity. To the extent that any Indemnified Party is not a party to this Agreement, the Purchaser or Vendors, as the case may be, shall obtain and hold the right and benefit of the indemnity provisions of Article 7 in trust for and on behalf of such Indemnified Party.
