Common use of Benefit Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Benefit Entitlement. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to salary and benefits of this Agreement on a proportionate basis of the hours they work to the hours of a full-time employee, with the exception of medical, extended health, dental plan coverage, long term disability, and group life insurance premiums, which will be paid on the same basis as for regular full-time employees.
