Beneficiary Account. You must provide us with full details of your Beneficiary Account, including the full name and address of the account holder and the full name and address of the beneficiary bank, on or before the date that we nominate. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to Close Out the Transaction in accordance with clause 9.

Beneficiary Account. A voluntary and revocable beneficiary account in the name of one Partner for the benefit of another person as beneficiary. Withdrawals may be made only on the signature of the partner, and upon the death of the partner, the account converts to an individual account solely in the name of the beneficiary.

Full Amount All payments must be received by us in cleared funds and for the full amount being transferred, including any transaction fees that may be payable and any service fees that have been requested by us or any third party, before we will credit your Beneficiary Account. In the event that we agree to make a payment for you without having received the full amount, you acknowledge that we are not waiving our right to ask you for the full amount after the Transaction has been processed.

  • Fiduciary Accounts With respect to certain retirement plans or accounts (such as individual retirement accounts (“IRAs”), SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, Xxxx IRAs, Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts, and 403(b) arrangements (such accounts, “Fiduciary Accounts”)), the Transfer Agent, at the request of the Fund, shall arrange for the provision of appropriate prototype plans as well as provide or arrange for the provision of various services to such plans and/or accounts, which services may include custodial services to be provided by State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”), account set-up maintenance, and disbursements as well as such other services as the parties hereto shall mutually agree upon.

  • Beneficiary The Participant may file with the Committee a written designation of a beneficiary on such form as may be prescribed by the Committee and may, from time to time, amend or revoke such designation.

The Executive's beneficiary designation shall be deemed automatically revoked if the beneficiary predeceases the Executive, or if the Executive names a spouse as beneficiary and the marriage is subsequently dissolved. If the Executive dies without a valid beneficiary designation, all payments shall be made to the Executive's estate.

  • Beneficiary Rollovers from Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plans If you are a spouse Beneficiary, nonspouse Beneficiary, or the trustee of an eligible type of trust named as Beneficiary of a deceased employer plan participant, you may directly roll over inherited assets from a qualified retirement plan, 403(a) annuity, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, or 457(b) governmental deferred compensation plan to an inherited IRA. The IRA must be maintained as an inherited IRA, subject to the beneficiary distribution requirements.

  • Beneficiary Designation The Participant may, from time to time, name any beneficiary or beneficiaries (who may be named contingently or successively) to whom any benefit under this Agreement is to be paid in case of his or her death before he or she receives any or all of such benefit. Each such designation shall revoke all prior designations by the Participant, shall be in a form prescribed by the Company, and will be effective only when filed by the Participant in writing with the Director of Human Resources of the Company during the Participant’s lifetime. In the absence of any such designation, benefits remaining unpaid at the Participant’s death shall be paid to the Participant’s estate.

  • Separate Accounts The trustee shall maintain within the trust fund a separate account for each Agricultural Contractor that signs the trust agreement to hold deposits made pursuant to this article.

  • Designation of Beneficiary The depositor may designate a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive benefits from the custodial account in the event of the depositor’s death. In the event the depositor has not designated a beneficiary, or if all beneficiaries shall predecease the depositor, the following persons shall take in the order named:
