Borrower understands and acknowledges that Bank relies on such true, accurate and up-to-date beneficial ownership information to meet Bank’s regulatory obligations to obtain, verify and record information about the beneficial owners of its legal entity customers;
Beneficial Ownership Information. We commit to provide to the procuring entity the Beneficial Ownership Information in conformity with the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form upon receipt of notification of intention to enter into a contract in the event we are the successful tenderer in this subject procurement proceeding.

Prompt written notice of any changes to the beneficial ownership information set out in Section 9 of the Perfection Certificate; provided that, upon the Borrower’s delivery of a written certification to Bank that the public-company exemption applies to the requirement of Borrower to deliver notices of changes to its beneficial ownership information, Borrower shall have no obligation to provide further changes to beneficial ownership information so long as such exemption continues to apply.
