Benchmarking Report. The Supplier shall prepare a Benchmarking Report and deliver it simultaneously to the Authority, at the time specified in the plan Approved under paragraph 2.2.3 of this Schedule, setting out its findings. Those findings shall be required to: include a finding as to whether or not a Benchmarked Rate and/or whether the Benchmarked Rates as a whole are, Good Value; if any of the Benchmarked Rates are, individually or as a whole, not Good Value, specify the changes that would be required to make that Benchmarked Rate or the Benchmarked Rates as a whole Good Value; and include sufficient detail and transparency so that the Authority can interpret and understand how the Supplier has calculated whether or not the Benchmarked Rates are, individually or as a whole, Good Value. The Parties agree that any changes required to this Framework Agreement identified in the Benchmarking Report may be implemented at the direction of the Authority in accordance with Clause 32. The Authority shall be entitled to publish the results of any benchmarking of the Framework Prices to Other Contracting Bodies.

If any of the Benchmarked Rates are, individually or as a whole, not Good Value, specify the changes that would be required to make that Benchmarked Rate or the Benchmarked Rates as a whole Good Value; and include sufficient detail and transparency so that the Authority can interpret and understand how the Supplier has calculated whether or not the Benchmarked Rates are, individually or as a whole, Good Value.
Benchmarking Report. (a) TfNSW must instruct the benchmarker to provide the results of its benchmark to the parties in the form of a written benchmarking report which identifies (as a minimum):

Those findings shall be required to: include a finding as to whether or not a Benchmarked Rate and/or whether the Benchmarked Rates as a whole are, Good Value in respect of the commercial agreements that the Supplier has entered into with Venues and Events subcontractors and third parties; and day to day booking by Contracting Bodies in the relevant period. if any of the Benchmarked Rates are, individually or as a whole, not Good Value, specify the changes that would be required to make that Benchmarked Rate or the Benchmarked Rates as a whole Good Value; and include sufficient detail and transparency so that the Authority can interpret and understand how the Supplier has calculated whether or not the Benchmarked Rates are, individually or as a whole, Good Value. If the Benchmarking Report states that any Benchmarked Service is not Good Value, or that the Benchmarked Services as a whole are not Good Value then the Contractor shall implement the changes set out in the Benchmarking Report as soon as is reasonably practicable but in any event within no more than one (1) month of the Benchmarking Report.
Benchmarking Report. 7.1 The Trusted Third Party shall produce a Benchmarking Report in accordance with the timetable determined in accordance with the agreed Benchmarking Notice. The Benchmarking Report, which will be reviewed at each meeting of the enGage Board, shall include the following:
Benchmarking Report. The Benchmarker shall prepare a Benchmarking Report setting out its findings at the time specified in the plan approved under paragraph 4 of this Schedule 6 (Benchmarking) (being no later than that specified in paragraph 4.8). Those findings: shall include a finding as to whether or not each Benchmarked Service is Good Value and/or whether the Benchmarked Services as a whole are Good Value; may include other findings regarding the quality and competitiveness or otherwise of the Services; and if any Benchmarked Service is not Good Value, or the Benchmarked Services as a whole are not Good Value, specify the changes that would be required to the Services, and in particular to the Charges or Service Levels, that would be required to make that Benchmarked Service or those Benchmarked Services Good Value. If the Benchmarking Report states that the Services, Charges or Service Levels (or any part of them) that are benchmarked are not Good Value then clause 19.3 shall apply. For the avoidance of doubt, Benchmark Reviews shall not result in any increase to the Charges (either individually or in aggregate) or any decrease in the performance of any Services or Service Levels. – Collateral Warranty – Take Over Process Interpretation and application The following terms shall have the following meanings when used in this Schedule 8 (Take over process):
