BellSouth’s Versioning Policy for Electronic Interfaces. BellSouth’s Versioning Policy is part of the Change Control Process (CCP). Pursuant to the CCP, BellSouth will issue new software releases for new industry standards for its EDI and TAG electronic interfaces. The Versioning Policy, including the appropriate notification to Cellutell Communications, Inc., is set forth in the CCP document as amended from time to time during this Agreement.   • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.
