Behaviour Management Model for Young People in Youth Detention Centres. The employer recognises that violence and aggression by young people towards staff is not acceptable and undertakes to communicate this position within the youth detention centres. The parties agree to maintain the existing Behaviour and Incentives model currently in operation in youth detention centres. The employer will ensure that appropriate consequences for the continuum of misbehaviour that young people present are consistent with the existing model, which is informed by the Youth Justice Act 1991, Youth Justice Regulation 2016 and departmental documents. The parties agree to undertake regular joint reviews of the efficacy of the existing model in managing the behaviour of young people and undertake necessary amendments or refinements as required.

These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Framework Management Structure 2.1.1 The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (the “Supplier Framework Manager”) who will take overall responsibility for delivering the Goods and/or Services required within this Framework Agreement, as well as a suitably qualified deputy to act in their absence.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.
