Behavior Treatment Plan Review Committee. The CMHSP shall use a specially-constituted committee, such as a behavior treatment plan review committee, to review and approve or disapprove any plans that propose to use restrictive or intrusive interventions with individuals served by the public mental health system who exhibit seriously aggressive, self-injurious or other behaviors that place the individual or others at risk of physical harm. The Committee shall substantially incorporate the standards in Attachment C 6.8.3.1

Behavior Treatment Plan Review Committee. The PIHP shall ensure that its provider network uses a specially-constituted committee, such as a behavior treatment plan review committee, to review and approve or disapprove any plans that propose to use restrictive or intrusive interventions with individuals served by the public mental health system who exhibit seriously aggressive, self-injurious or other behaviors that place the individual or others at risk of physical harm. The Committee shall substantially incorporate the standards in Attachment P 1.4.1 Technical Requirement for Behavior Treatment Plans.
