Beginning with the. 1997/98 school year the District agrees to set aside $70,000 which shall be utilized to increase the monthly health benefit trust payment, pending an actuarial study and pending the approval of the trust board.
Beginning with the. First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product, MediCept shall keep, and shall require its Affiliates and Sublicensees to keep, full, true and accurate books of account in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and containing sufficient detail to enable Phenome to determine the royalty and other amounts payable to Phenome under this Agreement. Said books of account shall be kept at MediCept's principal place of business or the principal place of business of the appropriate Affiliate and/or Sublicensee of MediCept to which this Agreement relates. Said books and the supporting data shall be retained for at least five (5) years following the end of the calendar year to which they pertain.
Beginning with the. 1986-87 school year regular part-time bargaining unit members who teach at least half day or less in the Elementary Schools or at least three periods or less in the Secondary Schools shall accrue seniority at a 50% rate, i.e., one half year for each full year of teaching under a teaching contract.
Beginning with the second calendar quarter after completion of the West Lake Corridor Project, RDA shall provide to NICTD, on a quarterly basis upon submission by NICTD to RDA of a West Lake Deficit Cost Submission, from the moneys held at that time in the Escrow Fund (if available) a sum equal to the amount of West Lake Operating Deficit for the preceding calendar quarter. The Parties agree that each West Lake Deficit Cost Submission shall include a completed West Lake Deficit Cost Submission Form attached as Exhibit 8, accompanied by a completed form of Exhibit 6 certified by NICTD. NICTD also shall provide RDA a copy of any West Lake Corridor deficit information NICTD provides to the FTA. The West Lake Operating Deficit shall be subject to verification by RDA and/or IFA in their discretion.

First Commercial Sale of a Product, BioTransplant shall order at least the minimum amounts of Devices as listed for 1997 in Section 3.2.1 at a price equal to the greater of (i) ****************** ********* per procedure in which a Product is used or (ii) a percent of BioTransplant's Net Sales per Product procedure, which shall be **************** ******************************************************************************. Beginning with the sixty third (63rd) month of the Term and continuing for the next twenty four (24) months, through the eighty sixth (86th) month, Tenant agrees to pay a Minimum Monthly Rent of Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three and 33/100 Dollars ($43,333.33) payable in advance on the first day of each and every calendar month. If the Minimum Monthly Rent commences on a date other than the first day of a calendar month, the Minimum Monthly Rent for that month shall be prorated on a per diem basis and be paid to Landlord on the Commencement Date. If the Rentable Area of the Premises is adjusted in accordance with Section 1.2, the initial Minimum Monthly Rent shall be adjusted to be one twelfth of the product obtained by multiplying the actual square foot Rentable Area, as so adjusted, by Twenty Four and 50/100 Dollars ($24.50) for the first thirty eight (38) months, Twenty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) for months thirty nine (39) through sixty two (62), Twenty Six and 00/100 Dollars ($26.00) for months sixty three (63) through eighty six (86).
