Beginning the Fall. 2007 semester, for the purposes of reappointment, tenure and certificates of continuous employment, the candidate’s records to be presented at the department meeting will be made available by the Tenure and Promotion Committee to interested department members at least two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the vote. Any objections to the records must be made to the department Tenure and Promotion Committee prior to the meeting. The parties to the contract agree to the process for the conduct of such meetings. The department vote will not be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures. The only grievance that may be filed is one alleging that the process as defined below has not been followed. The T&P committee will prepare its report on the candidate to distribute to the department two weeks (fourteen (14) calendar days) before the vote. Any objections to the report must be made prior to the date of the vote. The objection must be resolved before the date of the vote. No objections may be filed at the meeting.   • BEGINNING TEACHERS definition Beginning teachers meet the Teaching Council criteria for provisional certification as a teacher. Beginning Teachers work under the guidance of others. They undertake “advice and guidance” programmes to assist in the development of the competencies required for full certification.

  • Time Period The bounded Party’s(ies’) duty to hold the Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until such information no longer qualifies as a trade secret or written notice is given releasing such Party from this Agreement.

  • Limitation Period Except as stated in this Clause, all claims must be made within the period specified by applicable law. If the law allows the parties to specify a shorter period for bringing claims, or the law does not provide a time at all, then claims must be made within 18 months after the event(s) giving rise to a dispute occurs.

  • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.

  • Commencement Date and Term 1.1 This Agreement shall come into force on [insert date] (the “Commencement Date”) and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until [insert date] OR [until all Services have been completed and all Deliverables have been delivered to the British Council’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Terms of Reference)] (the “Term”).
