BEFORE YOU LEAVE. □Return all furnishings to their original arrangement (tables, chairs, etc.) □Wipe down and put away all tables and chairs. □Wipe down all sinks and countertops. □Make sure the floors are free of spills and swept/mopped. □Turn off lights (excepted as marked). □Close and lock windows. □Remove all personal belongings. □Take all trash to and place it in the dumpster that is located in the small parking lot. □Set the alarm. □Lock the doors. If the facility is not clean based on these terms and conditions a minimum fee, equal to 50% of the deposit amount, will be withheld from your deposit. The renter will be responsible for all damages, loss of equipment and lack of cleanliness. If you have any questions, please ask.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE. When leaving for home, please do not leave paper, food scraps, diapers, cans, etc. in your fire pit or garments hanging on your clothesline. Be Respectful Be respectful of fellow campers. Do not walk through private sites or use private docks. Please see management for any concerns. Clean and Neat Your site must be kept clean, free of junk and clutter, neat, raked, & mowed. Mowers are available for your use. Do not water grass or use pressure washers until after 11am.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE turn off all lights, waterslide, appliances, put any trash in trash bin outside the gate. Please clean the kitchen and, if necessary, bathrooms.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE. To ensure the refund of your security deposit renters must leave rooms as found. Clean, neat and without trash anywhere. Trash must be disposed of properly in the outside trash and recycling bins provided. No Smoking Policy • The South Riding Center is a NON-SMOKING facility.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Wash all dishes, clean counter tops, stove, tables and chairs Dry mop the floors (brooms and mops are in Supply Closet in the kitchen.) Wet mop all spills and tracks in kitchen and fellowship hall. If electric oven is used, clean any spills on the inside. Make sure all of your food is out of the refrigerator. If you have leftovers, please supply your own storage containers and take them with you. Please make sure that any debris left outside in the yard or parking lot has also been picked up and properly discarded. Empty all trash cans and place (bagged) in the green trash bin on the back stoop. If you use decorations, please remember: Not to use tape on painted surfaces. To remove all pieces of tape, streamers, balloons, and other decorations when function is concluded. Not to use tables or chairs as ladders (a stepladder is available in one of the storage closets). Not to use tape on the floor (even after removed, it’s sticky residue still causes a mess).
