BC Medical Services Plan. (a) All eligible regular employees shall be entitled to participate in the Medical Services Plan.
BC Medical Services Plan. ‌ All regular employees shall become entitled to coverage under the B. C. Medical Services Plan on the first day of the month following commencement of employment. The premium cost shall be paid 100% by Vancity.

Thereafter, for a regular employee who is scheduled to work 20 hours per week or more, 100% of all premiums for single coverage will be paid directly to MSP by the Employer. The employee may elect to purchase family coverage and the cost of such additional coverage will be deducted from the employee’s pay.
