Battery Warranty Extension. The duration of the extended Lenovo Limited Warranty for the battery in your product will be for the period you purchase, beginning on the start date of your battery’s original base warranty period. You are entitled to one battery replacement in the event of battery failure during the extended period after your battery’s original base warranty period. The battery in your product is a CRU, so a replacement battery will be shipped to you. This Service must be purchased before the end of your product’s original battery base warranty period.

Battery Warranty Extension. The duration of the extended Lenovo Limited Warranty for the battery in Your product will be for the period You purchase, beginning on the start date of Your battery’s original base warranty period. You are entitled to one battery replacement during the period after Your battery’s original base warranty period. If the battery in Your product is a customer replaceable unit (“CRU”), a replacement battery will be shipped to You. If the battery in Your product is a sealed battery and is not customer replaceable, Your battery will be replaced at a designated service center. You are responsible for disconnecting the product and packing it in the Lenovo provided shipping container for the return of Your product to the designated service center. Shipping expenses will be paid by the Lenovo designated service provider. A courier will pick up Your product and deliver it to the service center. The service provider will return the product to You at its expense. This Service must be purchased before the end of Your product’s original warranty period.
Battery Warranty Extension. If You purchased a Warranty Extension, the duration of the Lenovo Limited Warranty for Your Product will be for the term you have purchased (which commences on the start date of your Product’s original warranty period) as specified on your Lenovo/reseller Service purchase invoice/order confirmation. This Service must be purchased within your Product’s original warranty period and is available only on commercial mobile systems. Parts intended to be consumed are not covered by Warranty Extension.

Battery Warranty Extension. Warranty coverage for the battery of Your Lenovo Serviced Product will expire at the end of the original term (1 year) of Your Lenovo Limited Warranty unless You have bought this Battery Warranty Extension Service within the original warranty term of Your battery. If You purchase a Battery Warranty Extension, You are entitled to one Battery replacement during the entire term of the Service Agreement (2nd and 3rd warranty years) if the battery of Your Lenovo Serviced Product under this Service experiences a functional failure. The term begins after Your one year Battery base warranty period and ends after (1) Your initial and only replacement is received, or (2) the Serviced Product of which the battery is covered by this Service stops being covered by warranty service, or (3) the Service term expires. This Service must be aligned with warranty service. In case that the base product warranty of the notebook is one year only, an additional warranty extension from one year to three year is required to purchase separately. This Service is available on selected Lenovo ThinkPad computers purchased in Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR which are covered by Lenovo warranty service when this Service is performed. This Service is only available in Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR. Only the original battery You obtained as part of the Serviced Product can be eligible for the Service. You shall retain and present a proof for the eligible Serviced Product in order to avail for the Service. This Service is limited to one battery replacement during the Service term only. Additionally, the replacement battery sent by Lenovo to You will be covered by one-year limited warranty according to the separate limited warranty agreement. The Service will be provided to You either at Your location (called On-site), or at Lenovo’s service center (called Carry-in) in Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR during normal business hours of Your Service Provider. The Service level shall be consistent with the service type of the warranty service entitled by Your Serviced Product. The on-site performance of Service is only available for one location within Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR as designated by You, the change of which after Xxxxxx arranges appointment with You shall be subject to Your Service Provider’s agreement and may incur surcharge to You.

  • Replacement Parts Warranty If during the regular or extended warranty period’s faults develop, the Contractor shall promptly repair or, upon demand, replace the defective unit or component part affected. All costs for labor and material and transportation incurred to repair or replace defective Product during the warranty period shall be borne solely by the Contractor, and the State or Authorized User shall in no event be liable or responsible therefor. Any part of component replaced by the Contractor under the Contract warranty shall be replaced at no cost to the Authorized User and guaranteed for the greater of: a) the warranty period under paragraph (d) above; or b) if a separate warranty for that part or component is generally offered by the manufacturer, the standard commercial warranty period offered by the manufacturer for the individual part or component.

  • Extended Warranty If the Quote includes an extended warranty, the extended warranty coverage period warranty will be for a 5-year term, which includes the hardware manufacturer’s warranty plus the 4-year extended term.

  • Limited Warranty Exclusions This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you if your product requires warranty service, and you may have additional protections under your local laws. This Limited Warranty does not cover and excludes damage to your product or any component thereof caused by:

  • Basic Equipment Warranty The Contractor warrants that all equipment rented or supplied under this Agreement shall be in good working order and shall conform to the needs specified by the Judicial Council. The Contractor shall immediately replace any inoperative equipment with operative equipment, or make all adjustments, repairs, and parts replacements required to maintain the equipment rented or supplied hereunder in working condition.

  • Warranty Limitation We do not warrant that the operation of Software will be uninterrupted or error free, or that Software will operate in hardware and Software combinations other than as expressly required by us in the Product specifications or that Software will meet your requirements.

  • Warranty Period Except as may be otherwise specified or agreed, Contractor shall repair all defects in materials, equipment, or workmanship appearing within one year from the date of Substantial Completion of the Work. If Substantial Completion occurs by phase, then the warranty period for that the Work performed for each phase begins on the date of Substantial Completion of that phase, or as otherwise stipulated on the Certificate of Substantial Completion for the particular phase.

  • Equipment Warranty Sunrun warrants all equipment for the duration of the Initial Term. If parts fail during the term of this Agreement, Sunrun will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace them with like equipment; however, you acknowledge that due to parts availability and other factors, this may not be possible. Sunrun agrees that any change in equipment will not reduce the Guaranteed Output set forth in Section D.

  • Hardware Warranty A. RISK OF LOSS If you purchase any of the hardware Products directly from us, risk of loss or damage to hardware, will pass to you and acceptance will occur upon delivery to your “ship to” address or, if special shipping arrangements are agreed to, upon delivery to your carrier or designee. Title to hardware Products will pass from HPE to you upon full payment for or delivery of the Products, whichever is later. You agree to properly insure the Products for the benefit of HPE between the time risk of loss and damage pass and the time title passes.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty The Goods include the manufacturer’s standard limited parts warranty to replace defective parts covered under such warranty exclusive of labor. Labor is warranted by the Elevator Contractor for 90 days following installation. The manufacturer’s parts warranty may require that the Goods be maintained throughout the warranty period by an authorized manufacturer’s representative under a separate maintenance contract. Any warranty is conditioned on written notice to the Elevator Contractor within warranty period and contingent upon receipt of final payment to Elevator Contractor.

  • Warranty Limitations This Contractual Warranty does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product or cover normal wear and tear of the Product or costs related to the removal, installation, or troubleshooting of the customer's electrical systems. The warranty claims that relate to defects caused by any of the following factors are not covered by the Contractual Warranty: • Improper Use or Non-compliance with installation, commissioning, operation or maintenance instructions (i.e. not according to the operation & installation manual) • Unauthorized modifications, changes or attempted repairs, • Vandalism, destruction through external influence and/or persons/animals • Use in an unsuitable environment, including any environment or location that causes excessive wear and tear or dirt or dust or debris buildup within the system or that is difficult or unsafe for Xantrex LLC representatives to access • Insufficient ventilation • Installation in a corrosive environment • Failure to observe applicable safety standards & regulations • Damages during transportation or storage • Force majeure, examples include, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquakes, storm damage, overvoltage & lightning strikes • Exposure to fire, water, snow, moisture, or liquid ingress (except for any such exposure to environmental conditions that your Product was specifically designed to withstand as indicated in the applicable specifications for your Product) • Used as a component part of a product expressly warranted by another manufacturer • If the original identification (trade-mark, serial number) markings have been defaced, altered, or removed • Consumable components of any type are not covered, including but not limited to fans, fuses and filters etc. • Cosmetic shortcoming which do not impair the use of the product for the intended purpose i.e. supply of energy Warranty claims also exclude: • Damages arising due to the fact that the use of the product for the intended purpose is no longer possible or only possible with restrictions as a result of amendments to the statutory provisions applicable to the operation of the product made after the delivery of the product • Compensation for damages related to loss of power production or business operation or any expenses incurred by customer towards repair & replacement of the product (including but not limited to labor, transportation, temporary power) • Cost arising from changes to existing PV systems or building installations or vehicle or marine vessel installation and like • Additional costs and expenses (i.e. shipping costs, travel, accommodation, meals, etc.) arising due to remote locations of the indicated geographies, including but not limited to islands and overseas territories
