Common use of Basis Risk Reserve Fund Clause in Contracts

Basis Risk Reserve Fund. The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trust Administrator pursuant to Section 4.12 in the name of the Trust Administrator for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trust Administrator in trust for registered holders of Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Mortgage-Backed Trust Series 2007-3, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3.” The Basis Risk Reserve Fund shall not be part of any REMIC. Funds in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

Basis Risk Reserve Fund. Funds in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

Funds in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Group I Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
