Basis of Seniority. Each employee will have seniority standing in the plant equal to the employee's total length of service with the Company in the bargaining unit, dated from his/her first day of last continuous employment therein except as provided in Sections 3, 11, and 12 of this Article.

Basis of Seniority. Seniority shall be based on an employee's compensated hours accrued with the Hospital after the most recent date of employment. Seniority shall be separate for each classification covered by this Agreement and there shall be a single list for full-time and part-time employees for each classification.
