This award recognizes the outstanding achievements of a chapter in support of the FHSU Alumni Association and the University. The award will be based upon a chapter’s activities in a calendar year.

The Volunteer of the Year award is given to those alumni and friends who, through their dedicated and voluntary efforts to support the programs and mission of Fort Xxxx State University, express their gratitude to the University and insure its enlarging impact on our community and future generations of students through work at the Chapter level.

Bidders are requested to quote their price on lot basis LOT-A and LOT-B separately with separate envelope. Evaluation shall be conducted by the “Lot by Lot basis”. Award of the contract shall be given for the most technically and lowest bidders. All Bidders will be notified in writing should there be a significant change to the listed requirements. All bidders are highly requested for quoted full items in each lot basis.
Basis of Selection. The Municipality intends to recommend the appointment of the Vendor based on best overall value, based upon a review of the proposal, restoration, and budget. The Vendor appointment is subject to approval by the Municipality in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement By- Law.
