Basis of calculation. DBCT Management must use the information contained in each Cargo Manifest and Product Shipment Notice as the basis of calculating charges payable under this Agreement.
Basis of calculation. 26.1 All interest and commitment and utilisation fees shall accrue from day to day and shall be calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a year of 360 days or in accordance with the then current market practice in the Inter-bank Market.

Basis of calculation. Overtime rates are calculated on the basis of normal hourly rates both for hourly paid workers and for workers in a full-wage scheme, see clause 7.1. For piecework, overtime supplements are calculated on the basis of piecework earnings.

If the basis of accrual of interest or any other amount expressed in this Agreement in respect of sterling shall be inconsistent with any convention or practice in the London Interbank Market for the basis of accrual of interest or any other amount in respect of euro, such expressed basis shall be replaced by such convention or practice with effect from the date (if any) of conversion of sterling into euro in accordance with EMU legislation.
Basis of calculation. The pension contribution is calculated on the basis of the taxable salary.
Basis of calculation salaried employees The salaries of employees shall be paid fortnightly and the gross salary for a full pay period is calculated as 14/365ths of the annual salary rate. For broken periods the calculation is the number of days due multiplied by the annual rate and divided by 365. Gross salary comprises all salary and allowances (temporary and permanent).
Basis of calculation. All computations of fees and interest calculated on a per annum basis shall be made by the Lender on the basis of a 360 day year for the actual number of days elapsed.
