Verification of Origin 1. For the purposes of determining whether a good imported into a Party from the other Party qualifies as an originating good, the customs administration of the importing Party may conduct a verification action by means of:
Texas Family Code Child Support Certification Pursuant to §231.006, Texas Family Code, Contractor certifies it is not ineligible to receive the award of or payments under this Agreement, and acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
Certification of Coverage Engineer shall furnish County with a certification of coverage issued by the insurer. Engineer shall not cause any insurance to be canceled nor permit any insurance to lapse. In addition to any other notification requires set forth hereunder, Engineer shall also notify County, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, of any notices of expiration, cancellation, non-renewal, or material change in coverage it receives from its insurer.
CERTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT In accordance with Division 4 of Part VIB of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, the Commission hereby certifies the attached written agreement in this matter. This agreement shall come into force from the date of certification, being 6 May 2003, shall operate in accordance with its terms and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005. ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable
AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
Certification of Applicants The Employer will determine the number of applicants to be certified to the hiring official for consideration. All employees on the internal layoff list for the classification, and all promotional, transfer and voluntary demotion candidates, who have the skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position will be certified and will be considered by the Employer, prior to consideration of other candidates.
Labor Certification By its signature hereunder, Consultant certifies that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which require every employer to be insured against liability for Workers’ Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of that Code, and agrees to comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the Services.
E-VERIFY CERTIFICATION Pursuant to Executive Order RP-80, Engineer certifies and ensures that for all contracts for services, Engineer shall, to the extent permitted by law, utilize the United States Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system during the term of this agreement to determine the eligibility of:
